SJ Devils 2019 Payment Due Dates
Late Fee of $75 will be added to your balance each time your payment is sent AFTER the due date.
Payment Dates for ALL Teams
2020-2024 Will be Attending 4 Tournaments!
2025-2028 Will be Attending 3 Tournaments!
Payment 1: Aug. 31, 2018
Payment 2: Nov. 1, 2018
Payment 3: Feb. 1, 2019
Payment 4: March 2, 2019
Please send check payment in with completed SJ Devils 2018 Payment Slips.

- You MAY not combine Family Discount and any other offers.
- We have a limited number of Financial Aid packages. This will be based on a first come first serve basis and all cases will be reviewed by the SJ Devils Ownership.
Applications are available August 1st only by contacting Deanna Ettore. Requests will not be taken after August 21st.

Any Payments made online will be subject to a processing fee. This processing fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
South Jersey Devils Lacrosse No Refund Policy
Due to the nature and expense of scheduled, pre-planned tournaments, SJ Devils has a policy of NO REFUNDS.
All deposits, installments and/or payments made to SJ Devils are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable.
No refunds can be offered to anyone for any reason, except in the case of a player's serious injury, as documented by a physician, or similar extenuating circumstances preventing the player's practice and game participation, and then only upon the express approval of SJ Devils management.
Any and all payments made to SJ Devils are deemed to have been made with full knowledge and understanding of the SJ Devils No Refund Policy.
